Always keep a soft copy of the approval notices with you. I have paystubs on ADP so I can pull it online any time. At my previous comp, all my payslips where on the intranet.

The best way to first start the changes to happen is to file a law suit against USCIS. If we can find a bunch of people would have the same kind of application credentials and different PD were the later PD application was approved we can sue USCIS for losses in personal life and career due to their ineffeciency.
How many of you would be intersted in a law suit like this. If we have even a hunder people to file a law suit we will get more media publicity and our problem will get more recogniction than rallies and lobbying.

Even your link does not provide which category these immigrants came from - possibly because employment category did not exist, they came early in childhood with parents......

Please be aware that experience gained at sponsoring employer can not be counted towards fulfilling minimum qualification requirement for labor certification. You must prove your qualification to the job prior to joining the sponsoring employer... minor details.
So if you are planning to file a new EB2 application with same employer, just count your experience till the point you joined the company, anything afterwards is not admissible.

As for status information, if your wife does not want to work after she gets back it might be in her interest to enter using H4. Because if she stops working she will not be out of status but AOS pending, hence legal, but there will be no safety net in case od denial, and you will save money on AP's

It means the immigration sub-committee will discuss and vote on this issue and it is a positive sign in my view that the democratic leadership is allowing this to go forward. If it passes the subcommittee then it will be sent to the floor and may be scheduled for a vote there. I am desperately hoping for a floor vote on this, hopefully the democratic leadership will see the justice on this one.
The CHC needs to realize that this is not about elitism. The EB community has been through this cycle of delayed EB reform for the sake of CIR on previous occasions and continuously since 2005. We have never opposed a pathway to legal status for the undocumented. It is time that they give us some consideration for our own plight. Failing which they will be seen by moderates as the hardliners.
Make the calls people. Your call may make the difference, especially if you are in the congressional district of a key contact, please, please make that call. Make a call and consider it your duty to persuade another colleague do one too.
